We kindly inform you that as of July 1, 2026, Nova Trading SA and Nova Metale Sp. z o.o. completed their merger process. As a result of the official acquisition of Nova Metale, we have joined forces and from this point forward, we operate as a single organization under the name Nova Trading SA.
This is a key stage in our development. We decided to take this step to integrate our commercial, manufacturing, and logistics competencies. This allows us to provide you with an even more comprehensive service – ranging from the distribution of stainless steel, aluminum, and copper, through professional manufacturing services, to the delivery of finished components, all while maintaining the highest market standards.
What does the acquisition mean in practice?
What about my current contract and our ongoing cooperation?
Our cooperation will continue without any disruption. Nova Trading SA has assumed all the rights and obligations of Nova Metale. The integration process is seamless and does not require you to sign any annexes or enter into new contracts.
What details should be used for issuing or receiving invoices?
For customers: Sales documents for orders previously placed with Nova Metale are now issued directly by Nova Trading SA.
For suppliers: We have assumed all current liabilities. Please issue new invoices and billing documents directly using the details of Nova Trading SA.
Who should I contact regarding my orders?
Your current sales representatives and specialists remain at your disposal. The integration of both companies allows us to handle inquiries even more efficiently, leveraging our combined teams.
