This marks an important milestone in our company's development. We have decided to integrate our businesses in order to combine our commercial, manufacturing, and logistics expertise under one brand. As a result, we will be able to provide you with an even more comprehensive range of services - from the distribution of stainless steel, aluminum, and copper, through advanced processing services, to the manufacturing of finished components.

What does this change mean for you?
First and foremost, we would like to assure you that our cooperation will continue without interruption. Nova Trading SA has assumed all rights and obligations of Nova Metale, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition for our customers and business partners. There is no need to sign any amendments, new agreements, or take any additional actions on your part.

Information for Customers:
Documents related to orders previously placed with Nova Metale, including invoices, will now be issued directly by Nova Trading SA.

Information for Suppliers:
Nova Trading SA has assumed all outstanding obligations of Nova Metale. We kindly ask you to issue all new invoices and other accounting documents directly to Nova Trading SA.
